Biography
Evelyn Pardo was born and educated in Cuba, where they graduated as a nurse in 1996 and worked for one year before relocating to Quito, Ecuador. There, they continued their clinical career at Clínica Santa Lucía, gaining valuable experience in patient care. After moving to the United States, Evelyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2003 and went on to build extensive experience across multiple medical specialties. Evelyn completed a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner at Ana G. Méndez University in May 2024, followed by a post-master’s certification in Psychiatric–Mental Health. Before joining Soma Medical Center, P.A., Evelyn worked as an APRN at Premium Healthcare, providing comprehensive primary and mental health services. Evelyn is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is nationally certified by the ANCC. They are licensed to practice as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the state of Florida. With dual training in family practice and psychiatric care, Evelyn is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients and families.
