BRIAN PILATO

Dr. Pilato is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University College of Medicine in Davie, FL, where he received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2008. His Pediatric Residency training was done at Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, FL and completed his residency in 2011. After residency training, he moved to the west coast and started working as a pediatrician in Happy Valley, OR until 2014, after which he moved back to South Florida to continue working in private practices in Broward and Palm Beach Counties before joining Soma Pediatrics in August 2025. He is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida. Dr. Pilato is passionate about delivering quality care to children and their families. In his time outside of work he enjoys spending time with loved ones, playing bass guitar, learning Italian, playing video games, and watching and attending sporting events. He is a huge FSU Seminoles fan, as well as the Florida Panthers, Miami Dolphins, Miami Heat, and the Miami Marlins.
